Email signature builder

Make your B4 Creative Co. signature for Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail in about five minutes.

1Your details

Use your name and title exactly as you want them to appear.

2Your headshot

Upload a photo, then drag it or use the sliders until your whole head fits in the frame.

3Add it to your email

Click Copy signature (your headshot is put online for you), then follow the steps for your email app. Do this on a computer for Gmail and Outlook.

Gmail
  1. Open Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings.
  2. On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new. Give it a name.
  3. Click in the signature box and paste (Ctrl+V, or Cmd+V on a Mac).
  4. Under Signature defaults, choose it for new emails and for replies/forwards.
  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Outlook

New Outlook, Outlook for Mac, and Outlook on the web

  1. Click the gear icon (Settings), then Accounts, then Signatures.
  2. Click New signature, give it a name, and paste into the box.
  3. Set it as the default for new messages and for replies/forwards, then click Save.

Classic Outlook for Windows

  1. Go to File, Options, Mail, then click Signatures.
  2. Click New, give it a name, and paste into the Edit signature box.
  3. Under Choose default signature, pick it for New messages and Replies/forwards, then click OK.

Classic Outlook for Windows shows the logo without the animation. Everything else looks the same.

Apple Mail

Mac

  1. Open Mail, then Mail menu, Settings (or Preferences), then Signatures.
  2. Select your email account on the left and click + to add a signature. Give it a name.
  3. Untick Always match my default message font.
  4. Select the sample text in the right-hand box and paste over it.
  5. Choose the new signature in the Choose Signature menu, then close the window.

The images may look blank in the settings window. They show up in the emails you send.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open this page in Safari on your phone, fill it in, and tap Copy signature.
  2. Open Settings, then Apps, Mail, Signature (on older iOS: Settings, Mail, Signature).
  3. Delete the existing text and paste.
  4. If the formatting disappears, shake your phone and tap Undo to bring it back.

Finally, send yourself a test email to check that the logo and headshot load.
